History of TBC

TBC Elektrik Sdn Bhd, also known as TBC, is an electrical chain store that was incorporated in 2006. Initially, TBC started as a handphone shop located in Bandar Baru Sungai Buloh, which is a business and commercial hub. However, under the leadership of Mr. Rico Lee, the founder and Managing Director of TBC, the company has progressed and expanded its range of products. TBC now offers small appliances, electrical accessories, televisions, and home appliances.

In 2008, TBC expanded its business to a double shop lot, providing customers with a full range of electrical and electronics appliances. The initial period was not easy as the economy was not at its best, and electrical and home appliances were considered luxury items instead of basic necessities. Nevertheless, Mr. Rico Lee was very passionate and aggressive in his approach to establishing TBC as a household name over Klang Valley.

To achieve this goal, TBC opened four new outlets in Kuala Selangor, Puchong, Cheras, and Shah Alam in 2011. TBC has undergone aggressive expansion plans and is planning to set up new outlets throughout the strategic areas of Klang Valley in the future. The permanent enterprise is supported by strong customer support, and TBC responds to customers faithfully by constantly providing excellent services.

TBC operates with a central warehousing system located in Bandar Baru Sungai Buloh, which enables the company to monitor and store its stock easily. Customers can receive their purchased goods within 48 hours from the day of purchase.

TBC is largely sponsored by Samsung Malaysia and has been certified as Samsung Digital Center (SDC) in 2010 and 2011. Nowadays, TBC is one of the most well-known electrical and electronics local retail chain stores with five outlets over Klang Valley. Through strategic alliances, TBC offers customers high-quality service, a wide range of high-quality products, competitive pricing, and a good shopping environment.

TBC’s service is unique, and the company derives its driving force from providing quality service to customers. In the future, TBC will continue to exert unswerving and unremitting efforts to establish the best electrical appliances chain service brand.

TBC currently operates 18 stores spread across Klang Valley, including Kuala Selangor, Puchong, Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Sungai Buloh, Subang Perdana, Kajang, Bandar Baru Bangi, Setia Alam, Kepong, Rawang, Tropicana Aman, and the latest store in Johor Bahru with five shop lots.
